KOOMAT
The Koomat Camel's unit has been identified as one of the famous upcoming tourist place of Barmer. The tourist can visit the unit of camel and camp from September 2022. A camel cafe will be established in near future at Rohiri sand dunes.
Koomat unit provides facilities of camel riding, safari, and video/photography for the visitors. Koomat outlet also provides value-added camel milk products like ice-cream, camel milk Peda, hot and cold beverages and more.
We are also working with rural women of western Rajasthan who are making handmade clothes from camel wool.
Camel hair is mainly used for high-grade overcoat fabrics and is also made into knitting yarn, knitwear, blankets, and rugs.

Setting up a low input self-sustaining camel-based economy in the villages of western Rajasthan in the most natural, organic, eco-friendly, and sustainable way.
